Scroll Up Pro is a Shopify app that adds a customisable back-to-top button, a
scroll progress indicator, a floating action dock, and SEO-safe infinite
scroll to any Online Store 2.0 theme. It installs as an app embed, so no
theme code is edited and nothing is left behind on uninstall.

- Price: free. Every feature. No trial, no credit card, no feature gating.
- Size: 10.3 KB gzipped for the complete feature set, loaded with `defer`.
- Performance: no render-blocking requests, zero cumulative layout shift, no
  third-party requests. Settings are delivered inside the page by Shopify, so
  the storefront makes no configuration request.
- On a page type where the merchant has hidden the button, no Scroll Up Pro
  JavaScript loads at all.
- Accessibility: WCAG 2.2 AA behaviour. Real button element, keyboard
  operable, visible focus ring, translatable screen-reader label, 44x44px
  minimum touch target on mobile, respects prefers-reduced-motion.
- SEO: infinite scroll keeps pagination links in the DOM with rel="next"
  intact, so search engines continue to discover every product.
- Privacy: no cookies, no IP address storage, no personal data, no Shopify
  access scopes requested.
- Themes: works with any Online Store 2.0 theme.

## Features

- Scroll-to-top button: 12 icons plus custom SVG upload, 8 presets, four
  shapes, full colour and hover control, nine-point position grid, separate
  desktop and mobile sizing and placement, five entrance animations.
- Scroll progress: as a ring around the button, or a bar at the top or bottom
  of the page.
- Floating action dock: up to six actions (back to top, WhatsApp, phone,

## Limitations

- No support for headless storefronts (Hydrogen) yet.
- Does not work in Shopify checkout; app embeds are not permitted there.
- Infinite scroll covers collection, search and blog listing pages. Custom
  templates need a manual selector override.
- No A/B testing.
